Welcome to Key Vision Coaching
Established in 2019, the aim of Key Vision Coaching is to provide professional online Self-Confidence Coaching and Resilience Training to anyone seeking to feel more empowered, and looking to enrich and improve their life. This will be achieved through the means of life coaching, personal development, and inner understanding. Key Vision Coaching is a service for those of you who may have reached a point in which you feel now is the time to take real action, in order to make a certain vision or goal become a reality.

My name is Shayne and I'm a fully insured and qualified Life & Personal Development Coach. Drawing from my experiences working as an Addiction Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Life Coach, I aim to create an alliance with my clients with the purpose of achieving, and even exceeding, agreed-upon goals.
Qualifications & Training
How I coachI aim to create a professional relationship with my clients based on trust and active participation; a professional relationship in which we are both equal partners in a shared vision. This means working from a foundation where I am not necessarily viewed as the "expert" whose job is to simply instil into the client the necessary knowledge they need to move forward, and where the client passively just absorbs this information. This is not the foundation I work from. Rather, I aim to build a successful collaboration with my client, in which we both actively work together in formulating optimal strategies for moving forward.
Ultimately it is the client who is the expert on his or herself because it is they who know themselves best. With this in mind, I will never tell the client what I think they should or should not do. Rather, I will facilitate the appropriate circumstances and ambiance so that the client may discover for themself what the best course of action should be. I work primarily, but not exclusively, from the Co-Active Model of coaching, while bringing in and utilizing other core principles and techniques from my training as a life coach, particularly centered around a person's value system. This will be the general basis from where our work together will stem from. Having also been trained in other methods and techniques from my time working as a psychotherapist and addiction counsellor, I may also bring in elements from other methodologies such as Glasarian Control Theory/Reality Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness. Because each client is unique, I will adapt accordingly to each session by drawing from my extensive training and experience in various disciplines.
